PICU Staff Nurse Wanted

Pertemps Medical are excited to be working alongside a prestigious private healthcare company to assist with the recruitment of a PICU Staff Nurse.

The role is based in a private hospital in London on a permanent full-time basis working 37.5 hours per week. Part time hours will be considered (shifts: Long days, Nights & Weekends).

Salary is dependent on experience & skills, plus if you have completed your PICU qualification of 60 credits you will receive an additional £3,000 on your salary per annum.


Job Description:

As a Staff Nurse in the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit, you will be required to provide a high standard of holistic family centred care to the children and families. Ability to promote family centred care and establish good relationships with children and their families and to communicate effectively at all levels within the multi-disciplinary team. 

Skills & Experience: 

• NMC Child Registered Nurse 
• Post grad nursing experience in PICU or paediatric High Dependency Unit 
• Great communication skills 
• Ability to work closely as part of a multi-disciplinary team 
• Care, compassion and empathy
